Common questions:
Q. What's the catch?
A. There is no catch, few business owners can pay upfront $1,000-$3,000 for a website.
What I offer is a professional, good quality website with a differed payment plan
- $150/month that also includes handful of useful services.
Q. What is your hourly rate?
A. I value my time, everyone should too. My hour worth $100.
Q. What is a risk?
A. I don't see any risk (let me know
if you see it differently).
I will:
- meet with you to get your instructions;
- translate them into technical design specifications;
- build a website;
- thouroughly test it;
- optimize it for Search Engines;
- optimize its load time;
- copyright if applicable;
- present it to you to receive
your corrections and suggestions;
- make alteration accordingly... until you are happy with the result;
- put in on the web;
- and only after that I will bill you $150/month.
I risk 10-40 hours of effort
($1,000-$4,000 worth of services)
Q. Do I need to sign a contract?
A. We sign a contract that covers these simple issues:
- You guarantee that any images or text that you provide is not copyrighted and you have full rights to it.
- I guarantee that if for any reason my company will go out of business or if you decided
to cancel my services after full year - I will hand over to you all files associated with your website.
Q. What if all I need is very simple website?
A. I strongly suggest trying WebStarts.com services and building it yourself. There are two possible outcomes:
one - you will have a free website; second - you will realize amount of effort takes to build
a "basic" website. One of my most grateful clients is the one who tried and actually build a website
using Webstarts then agreed to try my services, and after he saw stunning differences between "homegrown"
and professional website he was convinced once and for all.
